This incredible promotion is open to TRC residents and employees alike. For employees, the discount will expire at the end of each year, with the option to renew as long as you are a TRC employee.  All resident discount cards will expire at the end of each lease year.  SO YES, everyone that is a resident at ANY of our properties can enjoy this offer.
